Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Martha the photo booth.
The hire period for Martha is between 1 and a half hours to 3 hours.
Longer periods can be arranged for an additional charge. Please ask for a quotation.
A non refundable deposit of £90.00 will be required to secure your booking.
The final payment must be paid at least 14 days prior to your event.
Payment is to be made via bank transfers or cheque.
Unfortunately if payment is not received the booking will not be able to proceed and any deposits will not be refunded.
A £50.00 refundable damage deposit will be required with the final payment and will be returned once Martha and the photo booth props have been checked for any damage or loss. We will inform you within 3 working days if there is any damage or loss.
If you break or damage more items than the damage deposit covers, we will invoice you for any extra cost and this must be paid within 10 working days.
The damage deposit will be returned in full within 7 working days or minus deductions for damage or loss.
Martha is the responsibility of the hirer throughout the duration of hire.
Martha will be delivered and set up at your chosen venue on the date and time agreed.
Delivery is free within 15 miles radius of Newtown, Powys. Extra mileage will be charged at 50 pence per mile. Please ask for a mileage quotation when booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing to love your photos/ Martha the photo booth.
Cancellation from the time of booking until two weeks prior to the event will incur a 50% charge of all hired items.
Less than 14 days 100% charge.
Love your photos/Martha the photo booth hold public liability insurance and insurance for accidental damage.
However if damage occurs through misuse or misbehaviour of guests then the hirer will be responsible for the damage and will be charged accordingly.
Smoking must not take place inside Martha at any time.
A signed copy of these terms must be returned to
